Reigndrop Lopes PIMPING Left Eye from TLC'S Image & Look

As a quiet music critic, I have been observing the whole TLC on-goings. Let me first say I LOVE TLC..those girls are talented. I am not surprised that Pebbles is suing. Seems like she is wrong and strong, she loves money, she knows in the back of her mind she did do some dirt to those girls (based on the movie at least) not me. I wasn't there. There was all the gossip in the 90's that Pebbles and LA Reid, really threw those girls under the bus financially in the 90s'.
Now one can't help but to wonder, where did Reigndrop Lopes comes in to all of this? My question is why was Reigndrop not trying to be a so-called Rapper /Musician when her sister was alive? Why did we not hear about this Ghetto Bootlegged Punky Brewster Lisa Lopes wannabe back when her sister was living? Her sister had talent under her belt like Blaque and Egypt. Where and Why was Reigndrop Rainbow brite Lopes not in the mix of her sisters talented proteges?
Let's now talk about the Left Eye Music festival, word out on the streets is “It was Ghetto As All Hell” Reigndrop continues to Pimp her sisters name and image by making her brand go down the tubes. The Festival has been reported to be Ghetto, Disorganized and in the Hood of Atlanta! Not even a Cotton Candy Machine was on Deck!
Then you have Reigndrop come out and Dances and Sings to all of her sisters songs! I get it you want to be your big sister! Reigndrop has even been reported to Charge for her own DAMN AUTOGRAPH?? Not even real Celebrities charge for an Autograph! The brand of the Left Eye Festival is not even Lisa's style! Based on reports, that festival is so Reigndrop can capitalize on her sisters brand to be a star!

Did you hear Reigndrops interview on the Atlanta Radio station? She lied left and right. According to an insider Reigndrop blames Chili from TLC for her not being able to get a Record deal in Atlanta! Sources say Reigndrop says Chili was jealous of her and Lisa's relationship! Hey Reigndrop Jealous of Chili much? She is cute and talented Your Not! The only thing you have going is you look like your sister Lisa Lopes but she was still Prettier, smarter, talented and richer than you!
Reigndrop I have heard your music and its horrible, based on what I have heard, you are the reason you don't have a record deal in Atlanta! Girl find your niche and stop trying to be Lisa! You look Gimmicky!

Pebbles’ Daughter Threatens Chilli Over TLC Movie: “I Cannot wait To See You Around Honey!”

It’s been a week since CrazyS*xyCool: The TLC Story came on and blew everybody’s minds, but it’s also been a week since it put some pretty strong accusations out there about Perri “Pebbles” Reid and even her ex-husband LA Reid. Pebbles has already threatened legal action, and the night after the movie came on, her kids were online going at it with fans of the movie and group, who were calling their mother a thief. Pebbles’ daughter, Ashley, was particularly feisty with folks and is still going back and forth with people on Twitter, telling them to fix their face, their weaves, calling folks fat, and on and on. Here are some of the most interesting things she’s had to say about the movie over the last week. Here’s what she told her mom:
“@pebbles2day I love you so much pretty momma! You’re an inspiration, generous soul, incredibly talented artist, and blessing of a momma!!!”
And here’s what she told the haters:
“@1klexus_ my mom was a thief? All the money my taxes have paid for your welfare, and you got the nerve to point fingers? Sheesh!”
“I love reading opinions from people with less than 200 followers. Did twitter make you feel important finally? Is your hate being heard?”
“When will people realize that a movie is a MOVIE? Not truth. This is not a true story. It’s meant to entertain.”

“I will defend my family, what I love, & what I believe regardless of what anyone has to say. It doesn’t depend on what channel I’m watching”
“Take that same ratchet energy and put it towards healthcare, state laws, or taxes.Do you even go so hard for Jesus? Or is TV your religion?”
There was even a picture from MediaTakeOut that she linked to, where the site called Chilli and T Boz liars because Chilli was seen making nice with Pebbles just two years ago. Ashley commented on it saying, “LMAO exactly” and “holding hands two years ago? Sheesh! How sweet”
But one comment that definitely stood out was this one, that seemed to come off as something of a threat to Chilli:
“@officialchilli I cannot WAIT to see you around honey!”
While Ashley initially tried to say that it wasn’t a threat when confronted by people on Twitter, she went on to own the fact that it was, and she that she wasn’t sorry about it when sharing her thoughts on Instagram:
“Being tactlessly defensive is a choice, and is rarely the most effective approach for anyone. It was my choice. Threatening is not what I represent. In anger, many things are said out of intense emotion. This goes the same for obvious desperation and a need for making someone a fall guy in order to generate publicity. That was TLC’s choice. My voice is my own and is not reflective of my mother’s opinions. Despite all the lies and slander depicted in the movie and over the past 20 years, my mother loves TLC, and always has. In conclusion, defending who I love and what I know is right is something I will never apologize for under any circumstance. Including this one.”
Of course, Chilli didn’t respond, but the ladies (especially T Boz) were very adamant late last week that their story was the truth and that folks who had a problem with it needed to build a bridge and, well, you know: “All these scorned heffas need to get over it. Pray about it and grow. Like, get over it!”
Chilli agreed when speaking to an NBC affiliate in Atlanta, saying that they told nothing but the truth: “I’m very proud of the film. We were very hands on, as executive producers. It was my dream to tell this story…at the end of the day, I know, my group member knows we told the truth. We didn’t lie.”
I’m not surprised that Ashley is defending her mother as hard as she is. Who wouldn’t want to do the same for their parent? But she might want to be careful, especially since only TLC, Pebbles and God (and maybe past lawyers) really know what happened to their money and why their business relationship fell apart…

Usher's Confessions wasn't About Cheating On TLC's Chilli

Everyone and their grandma was sure Usher's Confessions album was revealing all the deets about the rocky end to his romance with TLC's Chilli, but it turns out everyone and their grandma was WRONG!
Although she's previously hinted at some cheating going on, Chilli now seems to be trying to clear the air about what really went down in their relationship.
She recently revealed the shocking truth about the album, saying:
"We were together when he recorded that album. All of those songs on Confessions, that was about Jermaine Dupri’s situation. Usher was just singing it. But people kind of bought into it, it was just the timing of our breakup when the album came out. So people assumed that album was about us, but it was no. And Usher and I weren’t oil and water. We broke up because I guess it was that time or whatever."
This is like finding out Santa Claus is actually your parents! So unexpected! So confusing!
But that's not all she's throwing at us because Chilli also revealed that those feelings she once had for her man are still there! She admitted:
"In any relationship, even when it came to my relationship with Usher, when it was time to make a move, I had to do that. I don’t care how much my heart was hurting, sometimes you’re just supposed to be with people for a reason and it’s not always a lifetime. Even if you want it to be, it just doesn’t work out that way. But I’ll always love him, forever, because he was my first adult love, a real love."

Does all this love going around smell like a possible romance reunion?? They were only together for two years, between 2001 and 2003, so we want an encore if it's possible!!
C'mon, we miss the good ol' days!!

T-Boz & Chilli Tell ‘The Truth’ About Pebbles & She Threatens To Sue

As VH1 prepares to air out 20 years of TLC’s group drama in the upcoming biopic “Crazy Sexy Cool: The TLC Story,” original group members Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas are making the media rounds and speaking on what really happened between the group and their original manager Perri ‘Pebbles’ Reid. Pebbles, who is definitely presented as a villain in the film, caught wind of their commentary and is now threatening to sue!

T-Boz and Chili hit Power 105.1′s “The Breakfast Club” morning show in New York to talk their anniversary album (in stores now) and the new film, which they both executive produced. But the conversation stopped being polite and started getting real when DJ Envy said he saw the film and “hated” Pebbles and her ex-husband L.A. Reid because of how greedy they seemed. “Was Pebbles really that bad?” Angela Yee asked as Charlamagne chimed in, “she seems like the Devil!"

“It’s not exaggerated,” T-Boz noted of horror stories that are included in the film, like how the group sold over $10 million records but after signing a contract with Pebbles, only ended up with $15,000 apiece. The girls even said that when they eventually went to buy the name “TLC” from Pebbles she charged them $1 million per letter. Chili noted that these types of stories were even “toned down” for the film.

Do you think Pebbles is justified for being mad and threatening to sue or should she get over it all and get her hands out of TLC’s pockets?

Keke Palmer Says Playing Chili in TLC Biopic Was ‘Nerve Wracking’

Actress Keke Palmer was just being born when TLC, the musical trio of Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, Rozonda “Chili” Thomas and Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins first hit the music scene. Now both TLC and Palmer are 20 years old and VHI dramatizes their story in “Crazysexycool” airing on VH1 Monday night at 9 p.m.
Palmer, who has said that she and her girlfriends dressed up and played around as the group growing up, is playing Chili. Rapper Li’l Mama is Left Eye and actress/singer Drew Sidora of “The Game” is playing T-Boz. At first, the casting led to widespread derision by TLC fans, but pics and clips from the biopic started changing people’s minds when they saw how accurately the TLC era was recreated.
The movie delves into all the issues and problems that challenged the group even during their 90’s heyday where they were then the best-selling girl group of all time. (Destiny’s Child has since eclipsed them.)
From their acrimonious break with manager Pebbles, to Lopes’ s infamous torching of NFL boyfriend Andre Rison’s mansion to the group’s bankruptcy at the height of their fame, everything is covered.
“It really showed true how authentic they were as a group,” Palmer told the Tom Joyner Morning Show.“All the hard things they had to go through they needed to go through them in order to make the music that inspired a generation.”

Palmer, now in Philly shooting a coming of age film through Queen Latifah’s production company called “Brotherly Love,” says that playing Chili, who she’d long admired, was challenging in the beginning.
“It was nerve wracking at first, but after a while we became such good friends that when they said ‘Chili’s going to be on the set today’ I would be excited.”
Thomas and Watkins are executive producers of the biopic. They told EW.com that reliving Lopes’ death was by far the toughest of the things included in “Crazysexycool.” Lopes’ untimely death at the age of 30 in 2002 is of course included in the movie. Palmer says that the tragedies that the group went through were reflected in their music and that’s what ultimately has given the group such an influential legacy.
“I think the main thing is they put all their lives on the line through the music. So that’s the even more impressive part. They went through a lot of stuff but because of the gift they had through music, they shared their stories and that’s how they were able to touch other people,” Palmer says.
